G2 Informatica is a new and innovative company located in Spain. The company is into web development services to small and medium sized clients. It also serves the government sector as well. The company would like to reposition its services to the rich corporate segment in that area and would like to add some corporate clients to its clientele.
The plan was to promote the services of G2 Informatica through social media marketing. It is not uncommon for potential corporate customers to check your social media profiles before taking you on as a supplier. LinkedIn provides you with an opportunity to showcase your professional skills and image whereas other social media sites may reflect your personal thoughts and hobbies. Since the G2 Informatica’s target segment was corporate clients, we decided to promote the services of G2 Informatica through Linkedin. It provides a very large and diverse pool of leads from which we can source home based business leads. (LinkedIn recently hit the milestone of 100 million users worldwide)
We created Business profiles for G2 Informatica by making use of the various features and tools of Linkedin to showcase the business expertise and connected with prospective clients. We also added existing clients of the G2 Informatica to the connections and asked them for recommendations. The existing clients also endorsed G2 Informatica for various skills and expertise. That gave G2 Informatica much more credibility than they were to approach the same customers through cold calling. All this helped them in creating a strong base in linkedin.
As part of building up, we did several e-mail campaigns in all their profiles which attracted enquiries from majority of their corporate connections.

Muthoot Group is one of the biggest and oldest financial institutions. They are into travel services, real estate, healthcare, education and plantation business as well. The objective of the campaign was to transform the image of the company to be one that’s a cynosure to the common mans eyes.
Since the objective was to get recognized among the people, we used facebook which is the most popular social media. We started a contest for Muthoot Group. “Participate & Win”. The company offered prices to the winners.
The first contest was “define trust contest”. To participate in this contest the users have to write a creative definition for the term trust and tag their friends and families. The contest lasted one month. At the beginning of the contest the number of likes of Muthoot Group were just 400. At the end of the contest it became 15000 likes. The second contest was Dream Come true contest. In this the contestants will be asked 3 questions in the form of a dream every day. A tweet button is added in front of all the questions. In order to submit the entry, the participants have to tweet back the right answer @MuthootGroup. The contest lasted 8 days and helped them in getting an additional of 35000 likes. This also helped them in getting more twitter followers as well.
