The concept of chainbooks is simply to finish what was started before you. Create an account, log in and select your favorite genre, your writing level and even where in the book you would like to work. There are virtually hundreds of Books that contain a first chapter written by one of our approved authors in which you may work. For each Book we will have an overall plot, a list of main and sub characters to help you. Each of the chapters have a minimum and maximum number of words (typically a maximum of 3,000) and a timeframe for submission (5 days maximum after you agree to write in the book). While you may only write one chapter in each book, you may write in as many books at one time as you like. While there are guidelines to follow, we will never alter the twists and turns happen in each book when various writers add their ideas. If you are an artist, you can even read the chapters to submit a piece of art for every chapter or even the front or back cover. When the books hit a certain number of chapters it is completed, everyone is notified and you can order a high-quality paperback copy for you, your friends and family.

 



Challenge


Main challenge in chainbooks was creating and maintaining an innovative website which will have 100% user participation that will make the site running. Client was expecting huge hits which eventually depends on the look and feel of the web site.

The web site was required to maintain the user write up securely from other users who are accessing the site. The site visitors will read or buy the books where registered users will be able to add a chapter of their own to the book which will at the end becomes a published work of chainbooks. 

Users are also given option to add their artwork to the book created which will become part of a book if getting approved by chainbooks administrator. Users if wants may become a chainbooks author by submitting their work through the website.

Results


we have created the website with atmost priority to user friendliness and security  that was highly appreciated by the client. This website allows a users to be a part of chainbooks family by adding chapters to the books, adding artworks to the books, and even become an approved author of chainbooks.

Pharaoh Hound

ph-club.org is the online home of the Pharaoh Hound Club of America. The PHCA is the "parent club" for Pharaoh Hounds in the American Kennel Club. As such, we have a big responsibility to our breed. Our mission is to preserve and protect the qualities of our breed and to share our knowledge with others. We hope this web site is helpful to you in learning about all things Pharaoh Hound.

The Pharaoh Hound Club of America, Inc, is a private membership organization with a Sec. 501(c)(7) Federal tax exemption. The Members Only pages are only available to current members, in good standing, of PHCA.

 



Challenge


The core issue with Pharaoh Hound Clubs existing site was inattention to the creation and reinforcement of a fundamental club message. Visitors to their home page received no cues to orient themselves within the clubs mission, the clubs identity or value proposition.

Beginning with the weak logo, then moving through the inappropriate stock imagery and shallow content, a prospect's journey through PHCA space was a limited one. Codea's challenge here was to convey the strength of PHCA service offerings and create a complete experience for site visitors to immerse them in the Clubs mission.The images used in the websites were not proper and there was a lack of content

A very user friendly event calendar with a content management system has to be developed.

The PHCA club sells a number of products with its logo through the ecommerce store. The member area provides a number of privileges according to the category to which they belong.

 

Results


Essentially, we built PHCA an entire web application development system with the ability to generate and manage the website. The application also manages all merchandise inventory for the club .

This custom online application allows PHCA to register and manage new members. The very user friendly calendar helps PHCA to update the events.
